Effect of Second-Phase Particles on Corrosion and Hydrogen Absorption Property of N36 Claddings in 500℃ Steam

摘要: 对2种N36锆合金成品管试样进行疖状腐蚀试验,腐蚀条件为500℃、10.3 MPa的过热蒸汽。2种试样的区别在于不同的热处理制度形成的第二相粒子尺寸差异。腐蚀动力学曲线表明:A试样的抗疖状腐蚀性能优于B试样。腐蚀后期,两者的氢含量相近而腐蚀增重差距较大,说明第二相粒子尺寸的差异首先引起了腐蚀动力学的差异,然后间接影响了吸氢行为。Abstract: Two types of N36 cladding tubes were exposed to 500℃,10.3MPa superheated steam for 500 hours.The characteristics of the second-phase particles and the oxide layer formed on N36 claddings were analyzed by scanning electronic microscope.The corrosion kinetics show that the nodular corrosion resistance of specimen A is better than that of specimen B.In anaphase of corrosion,it is shown the effect of size of SPPs on the weight gain of corrosion maybe greater than that on the hydrogen solubility.
