Start-Up Characteristic Data Processing and Start-Up Acceptance Test Research for 1E Level Motor

摘要: 针对核级电机国产化进程中核电厂核级电机全压启动时的启动特性测量试验验收准则的问题,对电机的电感电阻(LR)等效电路受开关合闸影响的暂态效应进行仿真研究。在实现现场实测启动数据的计算机导入基础上,利用matlab仿真工具的快速傅里叶分析对原始数据进行处理,从频域分析方向确认电机全压启动时的合闸暂态效应及其对电机电感电阻(LR)等效电路的低频调制作用。提出电机全压启动的等效分解与叠加模型,通过对模型的等效分解,明确堵转电流与启动电流的数量关系;结合多组现场电机实测数据利用Boltzmann模型计算机拟合,证实了结论的正确性,初步实现了国内外核级电机启动特性试验验收准则的统一。

Abstract: Based on the acceptance criterion discussion for the 1E motor full voltage start- up characteristics used in nuclear power stations, this paper firstly simulated the switching transient response for the motor start-up LR circuit. The SIMULINK tool-FFT was used to process the current data and confirm the switching transient low-frequency modulation effect in the motor start-up process from the frequency domain. Then, the motor equivalent decomposition and superposition model was proposed. Though the equivalent decomposition, the relationship between full voltage start- up current and block running current was clear. Then based on much measured data, using Boltzmann model computer fitting, the conclusion was proved right. According to this paper, the acceptance criterion was unified at home and abroad basically.-
