Difference between Flow Accelerated Corrosion and Erosion-Corrosion of Carbon Steel Pipes

摘要: 以某反应堆二回路碳钢管道典型的腐蚀失效样品为研究对象,通过工况分析、母材化学成分分析、体视显微镜观察、金相组织观察、扫描电镜观察、X射线衍射分析等手段,比较流动加速腐蚀和冲刷腐蚀的异同点,并给出了应对措施。Abstract: This paper introduced the wall thinning research on two typical carbon steel pipes in the con-ventional island of a nuclear power plant.Operation condition analysis,chemical composition analysis,me-tallic phase analysis,micrographic examination,and XRD analysis are performed.The difference between erosion-corrosion and flow accelerated corrosion are made clear during the research.Measures to solve the wall-thinning problems of different pipes are also given in this paper.
