Study on Motive Characteristic of Sliding Bubble Near Wall in A Vertical Narrow Rectangular Channel

摘要: 采用高速摄像仪从宽面和窄面立体可视化观察了滑移汽泡的运动特征。研究结果表明:汽泡脱离核化点后都沿加热面平行滑移,在低热流密度下存在典型滑移汽泡现象。滑移汽泡形状总体呈球形,其前后接触角相差不大。汽泡脱离后初始一段时间内,滑移汽泡速度增加的较快,一定时间后,其速度值超过了当地流体速度。随着运动时间的继续增加,滑移汽泡基本呈匀速运动。滑移汽泡的直径越大,其运动速度也越大;主流速度越大,滑移汽泡平均速度越大,且主流速度增加后,滑移汽泡速度增加较快。Abstract: Motive characteristic of sliding bubble is visually observed by wide side and narrow side of the narrow rectangular channel using high speed digital camera.The results show that the bubble departing from the nucleate site slides along the heated surface,the typical sliding bubble phenomenon for narrow rectangular channels is observed in low heat flux,and the sliding bubble shape is spherical,and the upstream contact angle of sliding bubble on the heated surface is almost equal to the downstream contact angle of sliding bubble on the heated surface.The increase of the sliding bubble velocity is quick at the initial moment,and the sliding bubble velocity exceeds the local liquid velocity at some time.As the time increases,the sliding bubble velocity is almost equal.The sliding bubble velocity increases with increasing the bubble diameter.The sliding bubble velocity increases with increasing bulk velocity,and the trend of increasing sliding bubble velocity in large bulk velocity is larger than that in low bulk velocity.
