Vickers Micro-Hardness Analysis of Irradiated Zr-2 Alloy Tube

摘要: 通过测试辐照后Zr-2合金包壳管小负荷维氏硬度分析包壳材料辐照后性能。分析表明,辐照后材料硬度变化与抗拉强度变化趋势相同,Zr-2合金材料的辐照强化效应明显。拟合得到黑色金属硬度与强度的对应关系,可通过Zr-2合金的抗拉强度计算出辐照后材料的显微硬度值。Abstract: This paper studied the Vickers micro-hardness of irradiated Zr-2 alloy tube and analyzed the irradiation performance of fuel cladding material.The analysis shows that the hardness has the same change tend to the tensile strength,and the irradiation strengthening is obvious for Zr-2 alloy material.Fitting a curve of ferrous metals’ hardness and tensile strength,the Vickers micro hardness of Zr-2 alloy is calculated through tensile strength.
