摘要: 秦山第二核电厂在换料大修更换压力容器C型密封环时,主要过程目前为人工操作。本文分析了当前工艺存在的问题和隐患。设计专用工具用于C型密封环安装,实现对C型密封环安装工艺的改进。

Abstract: The C-ring seal of reactor vessel is replaced manually during the refueling outage of Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant at the present stage.This paper analyzes the current process problems and risks.Special tools are designed to install the C-ring,and to improve the C-ring installation process.
