Research on TXP Controller PID Parameter Matching of Ling’ao Phase Ⅱ NPP

摘要: 分析了岭澳核电站二期数字化仪控系统(DCS)组态中非安全级仪控系统控制器中比例微分积分(PID)参数与设计值不匹配的原因,以稳压器压力控制系统为例说明了参数不匹配的影响,基于开环响应法对PID参数匹配的方法进行了研究。岭澳核电站二期热态功能试验和反应堆瞬态试验的结果表明,该方法实现了PID参数设计值与控制器的有效匹配,取得了良好的控制效果,将有效缩短控制系统调试的周期,间接获得较大的经济效益。Abstract: The reason for the mismatching of the PID parameter and the design value in TXP controller of DCS system in Ling’ao Phase II NPP is analyzed.Taking the pressurizer pressure control system as an example,the effect of the parameter mismatching is described,and the PID parameter matching method is studied based on the open-loop response method.The hot function test and transient test in Ling’ao Phase II NPP shows that this method can match PID parameter with the design value,to get better control performance,shorter startup time of control system and huge economic benefits.
