Numerical Simulation of Steam Condensation Inside Vertical Tube in Presence of Noncondensable Gases

摘要: 在分析液膜和蒸汽-空气边界层,在质量、动量、能量和组分守恒方程的基础上建立数学模型,模拟空气对冷凝换热的影响,并考虑界面剪切力和吸入效应的作用。数值求解结果与Kuhn实验结果的比较表明,计算数据与实验数据吻合较好,验证了模型的正确性。Abstract: Numerical model is established based on mass,momentum,energy and composition equations by the analysis of liquid film and steam-air boundary layer.The influence of air on condensation heat transfer and the effect of interfacial shear stress and suction have been simulated.Calculated results are compared with Kuhn’s experimental results and the agreement is satisfactory.Thus the model is validated.
