Abstract: With the rapid development of nuclear power commissioning and startup industry,a lot of commissioning organizations will confront both new opportunities and challenges.This paper introduces briefly the running and management of CGNPC commissioning organization and its development status.Based on the analysis of the developmend trend of the nuclear power industry,the strategy transformation and development goal for CGNPC commissioning organization is propsed,considering the new situation of multi-projects,multi-bases and multi-courses,and several suggestions on the sound development of nuclear power commissioning and startup industry is proposed.
