Analysis of Solutions for Cable Out-of-Tolerance in DCS Control Room of Nuclear Power Plants

摘要: 针对中国改进型压水堆(CPR1000)核电厂引入全厂数字化仪控系统(DCS)后导致的DCS控制间内电缆超容现象,分析其产生的原因和存在的风险;从土建结构调整、电缆设计选型、I/O信号分配优化、设备结构及布局调整、主干线电缆设计等方面提出解决电缆超容的改进措施,并对上述改进措施进行优劣势分析。Abstract: The reasons and potential risks of cable out-of-tolerance,which happened in CPR1000 DCS control room,are analyzed in this paper.And optimization of the civil structure,I/O list distribution,equipment structure and layout,cable character selection,and trunk cable design are also introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of the above mentioned solutions are analyzed.
