Relay Protection Orientation and CT/PT Polarity Static Energization Test Approach

摘要: 核电厂电流互感器(CT)/电压互感器(PT)极性和继电保护方向的配合正确性,往往通过机组在空载/负载运行工况下进行动态试验验证。本文提出在厂用受电和整组启动前通过静态通电的试验方法,预防和规避动态试验异常可能导致的试验中断、保护拒动误动、设备损坏等事件发生。降低动态试验工作量和试验难度,确保动态试验安全风险的可控和在控状态。Abstract: The CT/PT polarity and relay protection orientation are usually tested through the dynamic tests as no-load/under load unit tests.This paper proposes that the static energization before plant energization and unit start-up will avoid the potential breakdown of the on-going test,malfunction protection or equipment damage,and will reduce the workload and the test difficulty to ensure safety risks of dynamic tests are under control.
