Abstract:
The simulation is conducted on primary steam separator in steam generator of nuclear plant by using two-fluid model based on CFD theory.The effects of mass flow rate of water and swirl vane configuration on the separation efficiency,circulation ratio,humidity and pressure drop performance were investigated.The results show that the pressure drag decreases with the increasing of blade angle,30 degree blade angle corresponds the best separation efficiency and lowest humidity.Meanwhile,there is an optimum blade fixing position.
