Research on Hoop Tensile Test Method for N36 Zirconium Tube

摘要: 采用半径匹配的夹具,通过对环形样品施加周向拉伸载荷,研究N36锆合金包壳管周向拉伸(HT)试验方法,分析试样形状等因素的影响。结果表明,试样的方向设置会影响试验结果,试样与夹具间的摩擦力会造成拉伸强度提高,标距段弯曲效应对抗拉强度没有影响。HT试验曲线的分析类似于常规拉伸试验曲线分析方法,但位移值需要进一步修正。Abstract: Hoop tensile test methods performed on ring specimen of N36 zirconium cladding are studied and the effect of factors like sample shape is analyzed adopting matching radius mandrels to put hoop tensile load on ring specimen.Orientation of specimen affects the stress level,friction between mandrels and sample will increase tensile stress.Influence of bend effect of gauge section on tensile strength can be ignored.Analysis of hoop tensile test curve is similar to ways on regular tensile test curve,but displacement need to be revised.
