Start-up Test of Feed-Water Control System in Ling’ao Phase Ⅱ NPP

摘要: 采用数字化仪表控制系统的岭澳核电站二期给水控制系统在调试期间进行了全面的控制组态测试和研究。基于反应堆控制系统(RRC)仿真试验台,对给水控制系统在机组正常运行和瞬态工况进行仿真预演,排查大量的人因逻辑组态错误和设计不符合项,实现了给水控制系统在自动模式下的正常运行和良好控制;利用仿真对给水泵进行了双重故障预演,为机组实际给水泵瞬态试验(ATO50)的顺利进行提供了保证,对相关瞬态试验的执行具有重大参考和指导意义。Abstract: During the commissioning of Ling’ao Phase II NPP,a full-scale test of the logical configuration in DCS was conducted on the feed-water control system.Based on RRC simulator,the feed-water control system had been tested in normal operation and transient conditions.And lots of logical errors and design nonconformity were found.After the modification,normal operation and fine control can be realized on the feed-water control system in the automatic mode.The double fault happened in the feed-water pump simulation result provided the guarantee for ATO50 test,and also had great importance on the actual transient test.
