Selection and Design of Spring Foundation of Half Speed Turbine Generator for Ling’ao Phase Ⅱ NPP

摘要: 岭澳核电站二期的汽轮发电机为我国首台采用弹簧隔振基础的半速机。本文从基础选型、设计标准、振动分析与实测比较等多方面阐述半速机弹簧隔振基础的设计过程和应用;从科学先进和安全合理的角度,充分发挥弹簧隔振基础"低频"、抗震、可调的优点,确保国内首台核电1000 MW级半速汽轮发电机组的安全运行。Abstract: Half-speed steam turbine generator for Ling’ao phase II nuclear power plant uses the spring vibration isolation foundation at first.From the type selection,design standards and vibration analysis and comparison with the measured data,the design process of spring foundation is elaborated.Exerting fully the advantages of the spring foundation,such as "low frequency",the earthquake-resistance and the adjustability,the safe operation of the half-speed steam turbine unit is ensured.
