Research on Fabrication and Tensile Properties of 9Cr-ODS Steel

摘要: 将成分为Fe-9Cr-1.5W-0.15S的预合金雾化粉采用机械合金化的方法制备出氧化物弥散强化(ODS)的合金粉末,并将该粉末在1150℃、110 MPa保温2 h的条件下进行热等静压(HIP)成形,再经过一系列后续热加工处理后,对该材料进行室温及高温拉伸实验,结果表明,热变形加工处理后的9Cr-ODS钢有优异的拉伸性能。Abstract: The oxide dispersion strengthened(ODS) steel powders with the chemical composition of Fe-9Cr-1.5W-0.15S was prepared by mechanical alloying(MA).The MA powders were consolidated by hot isostatic pressing(HIP) at 1150℃ under 110 MPa for 2 h.Then additional hot deformation and heat treat-ment were performed.Tensile property measurement show that the ODS steel is with high strength at tem-perature and high temperature.Additional deformation combined heat treatment can improve the plasticity obviously.
