Design Improvement and Open Item Analysis of Containment Sump Strainer in QINSHAN Phase II Extension Project

摘要: 鉴于早期传统设计安全壳地坑存在过滤面积小、过滤能力不足的缺陷,我国核安全局提出了对地坑过滤器设计进行改进的新的监管要求,并要求开展相关分析以确保其安全功能得以保证。本文以秦山核电二期扩建工程为例,对压水堆核电厂中地坑过滤器的堵塞问题及设计改进进行讨论,分析新型式地坑过滤器设计与RG1.82要求的相符性,并对地坑过滤器的相关遗留问题进行分析说明。Abstract: Considering the disadvantage of the small filter area and insufficient filter capacity of the conditional design sump strainers, China National Nuclear Safety Administration has raised the new surveillance requirement for the design and corresponding analysis of sump strainer to ensure the safety function. This paper discusses the clogging and design improvement of the sump strainer in Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant Phase II Extension Project and analyzes the consistency between the design of sump strainers and the requirement of RG 1.82. The open item of the sump strainer has also been discussed.
