Heat Transfer Optimization of Once-Through Steam Generator

摘要: 介绍一种双面换热的套管式直流蒸汽发生器,分析该蒸汽发生器一次侧流量的分配比对强化换热的影响,采用非线性优化方法对流量分配比进行优化。在给定的工况下得到最优分配比,并提出实现该最优分配的方法:在内管的入口处加装节流圈。

Abstract: The double-tube OTSG（Once-through steam generator） component is presented in this paper.Based on the analysis of the effects of the distribution ratio on heat transfer,the optimal distribution ratio is obtained by the constrained nonlinear optimization method.Subsequently,the optimal distribution ratio is achieved by a throttle setting in the entrance of the inner tube.
