Abstract:
Combining the advantages of the finite element software in temperature field analyzing with the multivariate function optimization arithmetic,a feasibility method based on the exterior temperature was proposed to get the thermal boundary conditions, which was required in temperature field analyzing. The thermal boundary conditions can be obtained only by some temperature measurement values.Taking the identification of the convection heat transfer coefficient of a high power density diesel engine cylinder head as an example, the calculation result shows that when the temperature measurement error was less than 0.5℃,the maximum relative error was less than 2%.It is shown that the new method was feasible
