Design of Automatic Welding Device for Nuclear Vessel Head

摘要: 涉核容器装载内容物具有强放射性,在其贮存及运输前需对顶盖与容器体进行密封性焊接,为确保焊接质量、提高工作效率、降低工作受照剂量,研制了基于熔化极气体保护焊和日本OTC FD-B4L机器人系统的自动焊接装置。该焊接装置系统稳定性高、安全性好,依靠远程编程控制可以实现在复杂曲面上进行自动焊接工作。Abstract: Nuclear materials container is strongly radioactive due to the radioactive content inside,and before the storage and transportation,the vessel head and body shall be tightly welded.To improve the welding quality and reduce the radiological dose that workers expose,an automatic welding device is developed based on MIG welding and OTC robot system.This device is safe and with high stability,and automatic welding on complex surface can be achieved with remote programming control.
