Calculation Study on Stress Indices of Main Pipe Oblique Safety Injection Nozzle

摘要: 以压水堆核电机械设备设计和建造规范RCC-M中应力指数的定义为基础,提出一种应力指数的有限元计算方法。采用有限元软件ANSYS建立一垂直支管连接的有限元模型,计算该支管连接的应力指数。通过与RCC-M中规定的支管连接应力指数的比较,验证应力指数计算方法的正确性。。Abstract: A finite element calculation method for stress Indices based on stress Indices definition in RCC-M standard is presented.A finite element model for vertical branch pipe connection is established by the finite element analysis software ANSYS,to calculate the stress indices of branch pipe connection.The effectiveness of the calculation method for stress indices is verified by comparing with the stress indices of branch pipe connection specified in RCC-M.
