Synthesis Methods of Boron Carbide Powder

摘要: 目前制备碳化硼(B4C)的方法主要有碳热还原法、直接合成法、自蔓延高温合成法、机械化学法、化学气相沉积法、溶胶凝胶法和溶剂热还原法。本文概述制备B4C方法的主要特点和最新的研究进展。Abstract: Boron carbide is an important ceramic material,which is widely used in civil,military and nuclear industries.The boron carbide synthesis methods include direct synthesis method,carbothermal reduction,self-propagation high-temperature synthesis,mechanochemical method,chemical vapor deposition,sol-gel method and solvothermal method.In this paper the main characteristics and development of boron carbide synthesis methods are summarized.
