摘要: 通过Flowmaster软件建立岭澳核电站3、4号机组的蒸汽发生器排污系统(APG)的水力学模型,改变设置工况,对APG的热工-水力特性进行分析,重点关注对APG影响较大的参数。通过分析可知,由于再生式换热器前的管道具有"热惯性效应"使得蒸汽发生器(SG)温度较快的瞬态波动不会影响到换热器;排污水经再生式热交换器冷却之后的温度对于SG排污水温度的变化并不敏感,但是对冷却水入口温度的改变非常敏感;减压与流量控制站下游阻力的快速升高,会导致压力控制功能失效,从而引发压力高报警和安全阀释放。

Abstract: In this paper,the thermal and hydro characteristics of steam generator blowdown system in CPR1000 nuclear power plant is analyzed by flowmaster software.The set model is changed,and the parameters which affect the system severity are greatly considered.From the analyzing we know that,fast change of SG blowdown water temperature will not affect the regenerative heat exchanger because of "thermal inertia function",and the temperature downstream regenerative heat exchanger is not sensitive to the change of SG blowdown water but sensitive to the entrance temperature of cooling water,and quick close of treatment equipment(demineralizer and filter) may lead high-press alarm and safe-valve release. -
