Study on RCP Coupling Interference Assembling of CPR1000 Nuclear Power Plant

摘要: 剖析中国改进型三环路压水堆(CPR1000)的主冷却剂泵(主泵)联轴节的装配过程,给出实施过程中存在的问题。对联轴节轴向热膨胀导致的装配深度变化进行重点分析,提出以控制温度和装配深度为主的改善措施,并进行了现场实施应用,取得了预期效果。Abstract: Briefly introduce the CPR1000 main coolant pump(RCP) coupling assembly process, and analyzed the existing problems in the implementation process especially the disparity induced by the axial expansion. The improvement measures which primarily contain the domination of temperature and depth of the assembly are proposed and carried out the field application, and the expected effect is achieved.
