Master Curve Characterization of Fracture Toughness in Chinese RPV Steels Using PCVN and 1/2 PCVN Specimens

摘要: 采用主曲线方法的单温度法和多温度法,对国产反应堆压力容器(RPV)材料的预裂纹夏比试样(PCVN试样)和1/2 PCVN试样进行测试分析,获得参考温度(T₀)。对试验结果采用尺寸限度常数进行修正,结果表明选择尺寸限度常数为100时修正是合适的。

Abstract: Single temperature evaluation and multi-temperature analysis about the Pre-Cracked Charpy Specimens PCVN and 1/2 PCVN specimens of Chinese RPV steels were done. Both of the reference temperature T₀ of PCVN and 1/2 PCVN specimens were calculated. The results were corrected by the size criterion constant. The results showed that the size criterion constant equal 100 was appropriate for the application.
