Design and Research of Seal Structure for Thermocouple Column Assembly

摘要: 针对热电偶柱组件的功能要求和反应堆结构的特点设计热电偶柱组件用新型密封结构,该密封结构采用填料式石墨环,具有自紧式密封功能,其密封面设计了锥形角,以便于石墨环的拆装。对采用锥形密封面的石墨环进行密封受力计算结果表明,采用锥形密封面增加了密封环的径向压力,提高了密封效果;应力分析结果表明其强度满足规范要求;对密封结构的冷热态密封性能试验结果表明,其密封性能良好,满足设计要求。Abstract: The new seal structure was designed to satisfy the function of thermocouple column assembly and the reactor structure. This seal structure uses the packing graphite ring and adopts the self-sealing principle. Cone angle is brought to the seal face of seal structure which is conveniently to assembly and disassembly. After the sealing principle analysis and stress calculation of graphite ring which adopt the cone angle, the cone angle increases the radial force of seal structure and improves the seal effect. The stress analysis result shows the seal structure strength satisfies the regulation requirement. The cold and hot function test result shows the sealing effect is good, and the design requirement is satisfied.
