Effect of Rayleigh Damping on Result of Large Mass Direct Integration Method

摘要: 使用直接积分时程计算方法对反应堆冷却剂系统进行大质量点激励时,瑞利阻尼会对大质量点额外附加瑞利阻尼力,使计算结果偏小。本文从理论上讨论该瑞利阻尼力的形成原因,并给出解决方法。数值计算结果表明,此方法可在实际工程计算中应用。Abstract: Additional Rayleigh damping load will be applied on the large mass points and smaller calculation results would be resulted when the direct integration method is adopted to conduct the excitation on large mass points.. This paper explains the reason of the additional Rayleigh damping load, and gives the solution. Numerical results show that the method can be applied in the engineering calculation.
