摘要: 以秦山核电厂300 MW级核电机组一回路主系统INCONEL-600镍基合金材料焊缝为研究对象,分析秦山核电厂现用在役检查检验方法和检验频度在INCONEL-600合金材料焊缝应力腐蚀裂纹检出能力方面的不足,提出针对一回路主系统INCONEL-600镍基合金材料焊缝检验的应对措施。

Abstract: Taking the weld inspection of Inconel-600 Ni-based alloy weld in Qingshan 300 MW NPP as an example, the disadvantages of current in-service inspection method and inspection frequency in the inspection of the SCC cracks of INCONEL-600 alloy welds are analyzed, and the corresponding solutions to Inconel-600 Ni-based alloy weld inspection are presented.-
