Experimental Study on Hydraulic Characteristics of Tube Support Plate in Steam Generator

摘要: 为获得蒸汽发生器管子支承板的水力特性,对不同结构的三叶梅花形管孔及四叶梅花形管孔开展单相及两相试验研究。研究表明:在本试验工况范围内,梅花孔支承板的单相局部阻力系数随雷诺数增大而先增加,然后趋于不变;倒角半径或流通面积比越大,单相局部阻力系数越小;两相局部阻力较Chisholm关系式和林宗虎关系式的预测值偏大,而与CFD计算结果符合较好。Abstract: An experimental study on hydraulic characteristics of Tube Support Plate(TSP) with different holes shaped like broached-trefoil and broached-quatrefoil was carried out under the conditions of single-phase and two-phase flow. The results show that the single-phase local resistance coefficient of TSP decreases with the increasing of Reynolds number, and becomes constant afterwards. The bigger the radius of the chamfer of the hole or the ratio of the flow area in the TSP and the tube bundle, the smaller the single-phase local resistance coefficient of TSP. The local pressure drop is slightly larger than the calculation values by the correlations of Chisholm and Lin Zhonghu, and coincides well with the results by Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD).
