Analysis and Solutions for Effect of Change of Seismic Acceleration on Valve Qualification

摘要: 核电厂设计中阀门的抗震要求普遍选用包络地震加速度值。由于厂址或设计要求的变化,可能导致核电厂的包络地震加速度提高,将会对已有样机鉴定的覆盖性产生影响。结合国内外工程实践及法规、标准的要求,分析确定在不同情况下供货商所需进行相关分析或试验的原则性要求。结合法规中给出的原则要求,给出了阀门抗震鉴定过程中不同试验方法下对应的输入参数要求。Abstract: The envelope seismic acceleration is normally used in the seismic requirements of valve design in nuclear power plants. The envelope seismic acceleration in the present design is increased for the change of the site condition or design requirements, which will change the cover scope of the parent valves which has been already qualified. The principle requirements on the analysis and tests for different suppliers are determined based on the engineering practice, codes and standards. The detail input parameters for the different seismic test methods are also provided based on the principle requirements in the code.
