Study on Forming Technology of Anti-Water Erosion Shields Made of Stellite Alloys

摘要: 从司太立合金片成型工艺、显微组织和结构力学特性等方面进行研究,分析司太立合金片开裂的潜在诱因。司太立合金片成型机械打磨后,改变了合金片表面的应力状态。司太立合片表面和内部的晶粒尺寸差别较大,影响了材料的力学性能。Abstract: The molding process, microstructure and structural mechanics of the Stellite sheet are discussed, and the potential cause of cracking is shown in this paper. The surface stress of the Stellite alloys is changed after the mechanical polish, and the size of the grain in the surface and internal of the Stellite alloys is different, which will affect the mechanical properties of the material.
