Approximate Analysis of Temperature for Thermal Insulation Structure of Nuclear Main Pump

摘要: 核主泵隔热装置内部流道的多个位置通过沿周向分布的离散管连接,整个装置的精确流动传热分析需要采用三维精细计算模型,模型网格划分和计算都非常耗时。为满足设计初期阶段方案选型和结构优化的需要,针对含有周向离散管道的隔热装置,提出了一种温度场近似分析方法。通过通流面积等效和周向速度约束对周向离散管道进行简化,对隔热装置内部流场进行了计算,同时对比了速度场、压力场和温度场计算结果。结果表明,近似分析模型与三维精细模型的计算结果基本相同,近似分析模型可以用于隔热装置结构形式的选型和优化设计。Abstract: A plurality of the flow path in the Thermal Insulation Structure(TIS) is connected by a discrete tube distributed in a circumferential direction. The analysis of accurate flow and heat transfer of the entire device requires a three-dimensional fine calculation model which is time-consuming for model meshing and computation. In order to meet the needs of the design and structural optimization of the initial stage of the design, a temperature field approximation method is proposed for TIS containing the circumferential discrete pipelines, based on the equivalent area of through-flow and the equivalent circumferential speed. Numeral calculations are used to analyze the internal flow field of TIS. The results of flow field, temperature field and pressure field between the three-dimensional real model and the approximate model are compared. The result of the approximate analysis model is the same as that of the three-dimensional real model. It is suitable to use the approximate analysis model to obtain the result of fluid flow and heat transfer at the early stage of TIS design.
