摘要: 在华龙一号核电机组首堆核电设备设计及管理的工程设计实践中，采用设计计划、设计接口和设计采购一体化管理方法，并通过实施开口项、风险管理等创新机制，按期完成每一项设备设计任务，确保了华龙一号核电机组首堆工程按期施工。Abstract: In the engineering design and management of the first unit of HPR1000, the design plan, the management method integrating the design planning, design interface and design procurement are adopted. Through the implementation of the opening items, risk management and other innovative mechanisms, each equipment design task is completed on schedule, to guarantee that the construction of the first unit of HPR1000 is on schedule.
