Loop System Debugging for Production of 125I by Continuous Cycle Reactor Irradiation

摘要: 采用连续循环法辐照生产医用同位素125I,不仅能实现靶料循环辐照,同时产生的125I被碘吸附装置所捕集提取。125I制备工艺装置系统根据岷江泳池试验堆(MJTR)场地布局已完成现场安装,本研究对该系统的工艺设计构思、功能组成、研发进展等进行了详细的论述,同时采用对回路保压、循环辐照过程模拟等方法对整个系统装置的气密性、功能性以及稳定性等开展详细的调试验证。结果表明,整个系统装置具有较好的气密性,其设备的功能性以及稳定性均满足技术设计要求,该调试结果为后续热试验研究奠定了基础。Abstract: The production of medical isotope 125I by continuous cycle irradiation can not only realize the cycle irradiation of the target material, but also the 125I produced will be captured by the iodine adsorption device. The 125I preparation process device system had been installed on site according to the site layout of Minjiang test reactor (MJTR). In this study, the process design concept, functional composition and research and development progress of the system are discussed in detail. Meanwhile, the air tightness, functionality and stability of the whole system device were debugged and verified by using the pressure maintaining of the loop and the simulation of the cycle irradiation process. The results show that the whole system device has good air tightness, and the functionality and stability of the equipment meet the technical design requirements. The research results lay a foundation for the follow-up thermal test research.
