Development of Digital Instrument and Control System on Fast Neutron Critical Assembly

  • The digital Instrument and Control System is developed based on SOPC(System on Programmable Chip),virtual instrument and FCS(Fieldbus control system) technology have applied to two fast neutron critical assemblies.The system controls the start-up,running and stopping of critical assembly and measures real time period-reactivity,proliferation-reactivity,power,temperature,and etc.It can alarm and do safeguard function in abnormal status.The results of experiments for more than two years show that the system achieves the design goals.
