The paper analyzes the significance and main contents of project cost control,and provides the detailed cost control scheme for nuclear power plant projects including the establishment of project cost control organization,project cost planning and assessing mechanism,processing management,earned value management,inner-trade mechanism and expertise evaluation mechanism.It also anatomizes the keystones of process supervision for project cost.
