Development and Implementation of NPP Function Test System Based on Virtual Instrument

  • This paper described the virtual instrument process test platform based on Agilent VEE visual engineering environment virtual instrument graphical programming language and PC-DAQ data acquisition technology,which was connected with DCS control cabinets I/O modules and performed nuclear power plant control logic function test to realize the consistency checking between DCS configuration and system design manual.The implementation result in Ling’ao phase Ⅱ has proved that this technology could correspond to DCS control system commissioning periods and characteristics,optimize the commissioning schedule and reduce the commissioning risks.
