Study on Microstructure of Hot Extruded N36 Zirconium Alloy Tubes

  • Microstructure of hot extruded tube was studied by TEM,EDS and SEM equipped with EBSD.The results showed that elongated structure with some recrystallized grains and sub-grainboundaries was formed after extrusion.The second phase particles(SPPs),distributed randomly,was confirmed as β-Zr with a small quantity of β-Nb and Zr-Fe-Nb type precipitates.
