Simulation Research and Optimal Design for Digital Power Regulating System of China Advanced Research Reactor

摘要: 基于核电厂SimPort仿真平台构建了中国先进研究堆(CARR)功率调节系统仿真模型,利用该模型对CARR功率调节系统进行了瞬态仿真研究;针对CARR功率调节系统驱动机构的特点,研究了控制棒位移精度以及电磁线圈和衔铁位移延迟对系统稳定性的影响。综合考虑CARR系统的工艺要求和功率控制系统的功能及特点,得到了数字控制器的整定参数和控制棒驱动机构的稳定限值:数字控制器的采样周期T=100ms,比例增益KP=300;控制棒位移精度的稳定限值为0.4mm,电磁线圈和衔铁的稳定限值为6.0mm。

Abstract: Based on SimPort simulation platform of nuclear power plant,a simulation model for Digital Power Regulating System(DPRS) of China Advanced Research Reactor(CARR) was established.The transient state of DPRS was simulation studied using this model.According to the characteristics of the driving mechanism of the control rods,the effects of the driving precision of the control rod and its displacement delay upon the system stability were analyzed.Considering the process requirements of CARR and the function characteristic of DRPS,the adjusting parameters for the digital PID controller and the stability limits of the driving mechanism of the control rods were obtained.The sampling period of the digital PID controller is 100ms and its proportion gain is 300.The stability limit of the driving precision of the control rod is 0.4mm.The stability limit of displacement delay between electromagnetic coil and armature is 6.0mm. -
