Experimental Study on Wall Temperature Distribution of Flat Tube

摘要: 采用实验方法对扁管在套管内水平和竖直两种放置方式的外壁温度分布情况进行研究。实验及分析结果表明,扁管直边平壁中心热电偶测得的外壁温度小于靠近圆弧处热电偶的测量温度,因此,在传热实验中不能采用常规测量圆管壁温的方法测量扁管壁温。Abstract: Research on the distribution of outside wall temperature,horizontally and vertically laid flattube in the casing pipe,is carried out by experimental method. The present study indicates that the outside wall temperature,which is measured by the thermocouple in middle of straight wall surface of flat tube,is lower than the temperature near the arc part,and regular methods can not be adopted to measure the flat tube outside wall temperature,like the circular tube.
