Abstract:
This paper introduced the development and verification of the pulse time sequence acquisition (TSA) equipment, which achieved the 3 channel parallel input, 5ns timing precision, totalling 10
9 counts pulse time sequence acquisition and storage based on the FPGA and DSP techniques, and realized the on-line, off-line Rossi-α analysis measurement. The equipment was applied for verification of the prompt neutron decay constant measurement and the results are consistent with the traditional Rossi-α measurement system.
