Analysis of Vibration of Exhaust Valve Pipeline in Nuclear Power Plant

摘要: 对安全阀排汽激发的管系振动进行了研究,分析了安全阀激振的原因,利用有限元方法对管系进行了建模,模型中考虑了管道、支承、吊架等因素的影响。用安全阀排汽推力作为激励力,计算出了安全阀排汽激发的管系动力响应幅值。计算结果表明安全阀排汽能产生很大的管系的动应力,与现场观测结果一致。在管道设计时有必要考虑排汽激振影响,最后提出了消除排汽激振影响的措施。Abstract: Pipeline system for conveying pressurized steam often operates under time-varying conditions due to the valve operations. This may cause vibration problems as a result the pipeline system suffered vibration damage. In this paper, a finite element formulation for the exhaust dynamic equations that include the effect of all pipe supports, and hangers is introduced and applied to the dynamic analysis of the pipeline system used in a nuclear power plant. The vibration response of steam-conveying pipeline induced by valve exhaust has been studied. The model is validated with a fieldwork experimental pipeline system. The mechanical vibrations from steam exhaust valves can be eliminated by careful design of the valve plug and seat.
