Study on Finite Element Analysis Technology for Weld Residual Stress

摘要: 以岭澳核电站控制棒驱动机构耐压壳Ω环焊接修复为例,应用ANSYS有限元生死单元技术模拟焊接流程,计算出焊接后残余应力的分布,绘制出残余应力分布曲线,并与美国WSI公司的计算结果进行对比分析。结果表明,本课题的计算结果与美国焊接公司(WSI公司)一致。因此,焊接残余应力有限元分析技术可以用于反应堆耐压壳焊接修复评价。

Abstract: This paper describes the process of simulation weld flow with live-dead element and calculates the distribution of weld residual stress using the modal of the Ling’ao nuclear power station CRDM upper canopy seal weld,and the residual stress curve has been plotted.The comparison results show that the calculated result accords well with the data of WSI Company.It shows that the analysis technology for weld residual stress can be used to evaluate the repair of CRDM upper canopy.-
