摘要: 国际放射性废物管理法是国际环境法的重要组成部分,是核安全领域实现可持续发展的重要保证。在对不断出现的核危机进行反思的基础上,联系可持续发展理论,对国际放射性废物管理法律制度进行了介绍和分析,肯定了所取得的成绩,分析了其不足,并对完善国际放射性废物管理法律制度提出了建议。

Abstract: nternational Law on Radioactive Waste Management is the important part of the international environmental laws,which guarantees the sustainable development in nuclear safety.Considering that more and more nuclear crisis occurred,this paper introduces and analyzes the insufficiency of International Law of Radioactive Waste Management,and proposes solutions for the completion of existent legislation.
