Locomotion Precision and High-speed Stop Effect for Reactivity Stepping Mechanism of CFBR-Ⅱ

摘要: CFBR-Ⅱ堆大反应性阶跃添加的执行机构是直线电机,用于在爆发脉冲过程中引入阶跃大反应性。本文使用霍尔传感器和千分尺对比测量了由直线电机组成的执行机构位置运动准确性。并以实测的位移、速度曲线为基础,研究了执行机构的高速制动效果。Abstract: The mechanism for CFBR-Ⅱ reactor reactivity stepping control is Copley Corp.’s Servo Tube linear motor,which induces large reactivity step during burst pulse process.This paper comparatively measures the locomotion precision of the system with Hall sensor and micrometer,and then the high-speed stop effect is evaluated based on the measured velocity and displacement curves.
