Reliable Analysis for Pressure Vessel Based on ANSYS

摘要: 运用通用有限元分析软件(ANSYS)的概率设计功能,以压力容器壁厚、压力载荷及弹性模量为随机输入变量,模拟实际结构设计参数的随机性。选用蒙特卡罗法进行压力容器应力的可靠性分析,获得了该有限元分析模型的应力概率分布特征,得到了压力载荷、壁厚等设计参数对应力分布的敏感程度。Abstract: With the PDS of ANSYS procedure, the ramdomicity of the actually structure design parameters is simulated, by taking thewall thickness, pressure load and elastic module as input random variables. Based on the reliablity analysis of the pressure vessel by Monte-Carlo procedure, the stress probability distribution of this finite element analysis model and the sensitivity of the design parameters such as the pressure load and wall thickness to the stress distribution are obtained
