Abstract:
Based on the linear parameter-varying (LPV) system, a system model is developed and the problem of state feedback piecewise
H∞ control is addressed for the level control of U-type steam generator in nuclear power plants. The sufficient conditions for the existence of controllers and the solved method of linear matrix inequalities are proposed in terms of Lyapunov stability theory approach. The feasibility is evaluated by numerical simulation and the results demonstrate that the proposed controllers can guarantee that the resulting closed-loop systems are quadratic stable and have desired
H∞ performance index in each operating region.
