Study of Critical Heat Flux in Rectangular Channel with Narrow Gap under Natural Circulation Condition

摘要: 板型燃料堆芯常压池式反应堆在事故下的自然循环工况是由零流速逐步建立起来的,这一过程必须工作在临界热流密度(CHF)限值之下。对此进行了上升流小流速窄间隙矩形通道内的CHF试验研究,并与Sudo公式的预测值进行了对比。结果表明,低流速下的CHF随着质量流速的增加而增加,虽然大部分试验数据低于Sudo预测值,但仍然在Sudo公式-33%偏差范围内。

Abstract: Critical heat flux (CHF) in rectangular channel with narrow gap is investigated and compared to the prediction of Sudo equations under low pressure and low mass velocity. Though the majority of experimental data are less than prediction, they are still in the zone of 33% deviation permitted by Sudo equations. It proves Sudo equations can predict CHF in this type of rectangular channel.-
