Abstract: Based on the mathematical models and experience drawn from the construction practice for the Chashma Nuclear Power Plant Project（Unit 2）,this paper probes into the basic principles for the analysis method for relevance between cost and schedule,and further put forward a set of reasonably achievable measures/approaches for the establishment of such cost-and-schedule relevance.
