Thermo-electric Performance Investigation of Two Layer Inhomogeneous Doped Graded Material FeSi2

摘要: 采用场激活方法合成掺杂浓度不同的两层非均匀梯度13相FeSi2,用波谱分析了掺杂在两层界面 处的分布,并测量了Mn掺杂丰口Co掺杂的两层非均匀掺杂梯度材料的Seebeck系数和电导率,计算了功率 因子。与相应的均匀材料相比,这种结构具有调节热电性能与温度分布的能力。

Abstract: The two layer inhomogeneous graded P phase FeSi2 was preparated by Field-activitated method. The dopant content in the interface was analyzed by WDS. The Seebeck coefficient and resistivity of Mn-doped and Co-doped inhomogeneous doped samples were measured. Power factor of samples were calculated. Compared with homogeneous material, this kind of inhomogeneous dopant structure can adjust the relation between the thermo-electric performance and temperature. -
